By submitting a Sunday Sourced request, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Sourcing:

• We’ll do our very best to source the piece you’ve described, but availability cannot be guaranteed.
• If the exact item isn’t available, we may provide carefully selected alternatives that fit your brief, style, and budget.
• Any prices shared will reflect current market availability (including resale or vintage markets). Quotes are subject to change until purchase.
• You’re under no obligation to purchase any of the pieces we find.

Timeframe:

Sourcing timeframes can vary depending on the rarity of the item. We’ll review your brief and start searching right away.

• You’ll hear from us with an update within 3–5 business days, even if we’re still sourcing.
  
• Most pieces are found within 2–3 weeks, but rare items may take up to 4 weeks.
  
• While we can’t guarantee availability, we’ll always do our best to source your requested piece (or suggest a close alternative).
  
• If timing is important (for an event or special occasion), please include this in the brief and we’ll prioritise where possible, but sourcing is still subject to availability.

Pricing:

• $20 minimum fee covers the time and love we put into hunting down your piece.
• 15% finder’s fee (if purchased) - applied to the final price of the item we source for you.
• No hidden costs. You’ll always see the price before you say yes.
